Seg\u00fan este relevamiento, 243 oficinas judiciales ya utilizan lenguaje claro, lectura f\u00e1cil u otros formatos accesibles para vincularse con sus destinatarios. Estas experiencias fueron desarrolladas por 78 juzgados de primera instancia, 51 c\u00e1maras, 49 juzgados de Paz, 28 asesor\u00edas letradas, 24 fiscal\u00edas y 13 oficinas judiciales con v\u00ednculo permanente con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica m\u00e1s utilizada fue el lenguaje claro (221 oficinas judiciales), es decir, procedimientos destinados a facilitar la comprensi\u00f3n de textos jur\u00eddicos por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda, sin perjuicio del rigor t\u00e9cnico. En segundo lugar, se recurri\u00f3 a comunicaciones en lectura f\u00e1cil (149), es decir, documentos orientados a posibilitar que las resoluciones u otras comunicaciones judiciales sean comprendidas por personas que tienen dificultades permanentes o transitorias en la comprensi\u00f3n lectora.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En menor medida, se emplearon formatos accesibles (48), esto es, modificaciones en los documentos jur\u00eddicos destinadas a facilitar la comprensi\u00f3n de los contenidos por parte de personas en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Destinatarios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El destinatario m\u00e1s frecuente de los procesos de clarificaci\u00f3n fue la ciudadan\u00eda, en general (187 casos). Asimismo, las estrategias de adaptaci\u00f3n discursiva m\u00e1s frecuentes se orientaron a los siguientes colectivos espec\u00edficos:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; personas con bajo nivel de alfabetizaci\u00f3n (125);&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes (117);&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; personas mayores (108); y&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; personas con discapacidad (104).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los procedimientos de clarificaci\u00f3n se aplicaron con mayor recurrencia en sentencias (135), en citaciones y notificaciones (106) y autos (97).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, en el instrumento de relevamiento se solicit\u00f3 que describan experiencias reales y casos concretos de clarificaci\u00f3n del lenguaje en actos o resoluciones judiciales. Este cuerpo de relatos y documentos ser\u00e1 objeto de an\u00e1lisis por parte del comit\u00e9, a fin de conformar un banco de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de lenguaje claro y lectura f\u00e1cil, para poner a disposici\u00f3n de la comunidad judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El dato surge de la encuesta 2024 del Comit\u00e9 de Lenguaje Claro.
